Frequently Asked Questions

  • I provide virtual therapy and supervision sessions to clients and clinicians located throughout California. This allows for a flexible, confidential experience from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

  • Insurance usually helps cover the cost of your sessions, though most plans still include a co-pay or a deductible. We can provide a cost estimate, but it is always best practice to confirm your specific benefits with your insurance company directly. Private Pay is covered by you and allows us to work together directly without involving an insurance company or needing a formal diagnosis.

  • I am currently in-network with the following providers for California residents:

    ● Aetna

    ● Anthem Blue Cross

    ● Carelon Behavioral Health

    ● Cigna and Evernorth

    ● Oscar Health

    ● Oxford

    ● Quest Behavioral Health

    ● UnitedHealthcare (UHC | UBH)

Please note: It is always best practice to confirm your specific outpatient mental health benefits with your insurance company directly before our first session.

  • It is common to feel unsure of where to begin, and you don’t need to come with a prepared script or a "big" problem to be worthy of support. We’ll work together to untangle your thoughts at your own pace. My job is to help you find the words and guide the conversation when they feel hard to reach.

  • I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged a late fee, as that time has been specifically reserved for you.

  • The first step is a brief, free 15-minute consultation call. This is a low-pressure way for us to chat about your goals and ensure my style and scope of practice are the right fit for you before we schedule our first full session.
